## 2. Data Usage, Analytics & Anonymization
1. **Right to Use Anonymized Data**: StreamCFD collects and processes computational parameters, geometry dimensions, simulation setup metadata, performance logs, and error diagnostics. You grant StreamCFD a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, aggregate, analyze, process, and publish **anonymized data** derived from your inputs and calculation jobs for purposes including, but not limited to:
   - Enhancing optimization algorithms and computational efficiency.
   - Developing machine learning and predictive CFD models.
   - Academic benchmarking and performance validation.
   - System reliability diagnostics and platform scaling.
2. **Privacy Measures**: StreamCFD maintains industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect personal user identification and prevent unauthorized access.
3. **No Responsibility or Liability for Data**: While StreamCFD takes all reasonable precautions to maintain user privacy, **StreamCFD assumes NO responsibility, warranty, or liability** for data loss, service interruptions, server downtime, communication failures, or unauthorized third-party interceptions. Users are solely responsible for keeping independent local backups of all simulation files and input data.
